Additional information: In the 1980's, Ralph Massey was known for
unique animals and figures cast in polyester resin. With airbrushed
lacquer finishes, he skillfully created amusing and aesthetic
details in his sculptural brooches. His work was featured in the book
"Plastics as Sculpture" which was used as a college text.
