These Roosevelt dimes are listed by year/mint mark and are surrounded by silver plated bezel. These are circulated coins in very good condition, see photos.
President Franklin Delanor Roosevelt appeared on the U.S. dime since 1946. Introduced shortly after his death in April 1945, the coin was designed to honor his legacy, particularly his leadership in the March of Dimes organization to combat polio. The coin was designed by John R. Sinnock.
Since 1965 the Dime has been a layered clad coin, outer layer is 75% copper and 25% nickel with the core of pure copper. Overall being 91.67% copper and 8.33% nickel.
