Traditional Japanese Art, Cherry blossom time with Geisha Girls in boat on lake in Japanese setting. Hand Painted, Oriental, Nippon Era, 1891-1921, 7” long x 5” wide Oval Dish. Hand painted in vibrant colors:
Yelow, orange, pink, green, red, black and brown paints on a white porcelain under a high-luster glaze with moriage (raised details).
Design- Oriental, hand painted, 7” long x 5” wide x 1.5” high, oval shaped with open handles. Estimated over 100 years old. Imported during Nippon Era (1891-1921) red marks on bottom probably said Made in Japan.
Look at photos- item is in great condition for age, I felt slight roughness and may be a flea bite on rim.
