Versatile Design Center has floral filigree and wide rim has 3/8' gold design band.
Vintage means it has been previously owned, but plate and dish have no scratch marks or chips. Edge of gold band has very minor age wear from display or storage - See Photos. Sauce dish appears to have a speck or nick - maybe a manufacturer defect shown in photo.
Taylor, Smith & Taylor Company was purchased by Anchor Hocking in 1972 and the West Virginia plant was closed in 1981.
