Nice figure of an old man smoking a pipe and holding a wood tool. Measures about 8” tall, ceramic, wearing green jacket & black pants. He has been around a while (1940-70s era), but is unmarked similar to Royal Dalton.
He has some glazing problem on his hat - check photos for actual item.
