Victorian, Colonial Man, 5” tall, Occupied Japan, 1945-52, hand painted. Marked Gold Castle, made in Japan for USA & stamped “Made in Japan” in item’s bottom.
No chips but has a bit paint wear on hat & elbows if you look closely. Nice piece to add to your collection.
