Lincoln Head, 1964 Uncirculated Cents, Special Mint Set, special run in San Francisco for collectors, MS condition with proto-type finish, Lincoln Memorial, no mint mark.
Purchased from local coin shop. The finish on the 1964 coins could have been proto-type for the 1965-1967 special mint sets, they came in cellophane wrappers not cases, these were cut out of the wrappers before I received them and have a dull shine.
