Pitcher, Creamer or milk jug was made in England by Royal Albert, Silver Maple Pattern (1975-1991), of Bone China and decorated with Gold Trim which is intact. This item looks unused, pattern has been discontinued, measures 4" tall at handle, 4.75" handle to spout.
I have enjoyed collecting creamers over the years, but now I am parting with some of them.
No damage, great replacement piece or for collector
